At the age of 14 Luigi's passion for cooking started in a small tavern- style kitchen in Wildwood Crest N.J. where his family owned and operated. Chef Luigi's talent has taken him up and down the East Coast offering tremendous exposure and experience from many restaurants and elite country clubs.
