Called requested for services quote a month as they sent technician over. Technician came over and said it will take him about 2hrs to 2.5hrs to do the work. Technician said he will give the paperwork to service manager, and they will call set the appointment. Wait over 2 weeks so I called them and left massage. I called them 3 times and left them massage. They don't return your phone call or email you. No responseThis is irresponsible, unprofessional.My experience with this company is an F- for failing not response to their customer.

This company is a rip-off! They want to charge $95 per hour for a minimum for 4 hours for two technicians to pump out 160 gals out of a tank that they delivered to a house we sold. Not willing to work with a company that has many accounts with them.....Not for long!
