I love the classes. They are fun and accommodating for all levels of fitness. At first I was a little intimidated by some of the veterans but they made me feel welcomed and encouraged.
I have been a part of Friends of Community Fitness since it was called Vitality Fitness and we were housed over the Big Rig trucking Garage in Guilford. Then we moved to Sangerville into the old elementary school. What I love most is that it continues to have that family friendly atmosphere even though it has grown over the years in square footage, class offerings and in membership. I love to dance and teach dance and this gym's, board and its members continue to support me in this venture!
There is everything to cherish and rave about and nothing to complain about with this gem of a resource in our community. When winter sets in or bad weather in any season makes you stagnant, this place is GREAT. I have not had the opportunity to take advantage of many classes (yet) but the options are diverse. Are you kidding-- PICKLEBALL is awesome and it is HERE... why would you NOT want to participate? The cardio room is quiet and simple, but you can plug in your earpods or just turn on the tv for music or whatever, let the fan blow right on you and go for it. Stairs, elliptical and treadmills. all there and ready for you in a quiet awesome setting. I don't know about...read full review
