Literally the worst doctors office I have ever been to. No one knows what they’re doing, there’s absolutely no communication between the staff, and they hold your medication to make sure you show up for your appointment. I have a voicemail saying my appointment 9/15/2023, yet the office says it’s 9/14/2023. This place if absolutely the worst doctors office!

My doctor here is good. The rest is garbage. A nurse asked me private medical questions with the exam room door open. I can never get through to them on the phone - they have some bizarre answering service that's outside their office. If you leave a message, maybe you'll hear back and maybe you won't. And now I'm being billed a DOUBLE COPAY for every visit, one for seeing a doctor and the other for the privilege of using their facilities -- the insurance company says this is allowed but it feels like a total scam... see the doctor once and get charged double.

I hate leaving bad reviews, however this practice warrants one. My husband has been a patient here for less than 6 months and every single time he has had an encounter with this practice something has gone wrong. Today is the 4th issue - he's feeling quite ill and needs a chest X-ray. He was seen in office yesterday afternoon and went to hospital today to get chest X-ray as requested. We spent over 2 hours waiting for the orders (which should have been sent yesterday!!), no orders ever arrived. We finally gave up and left. I called Gray Family Medicine and spoke with Veronica. No apology, no explanation. Veronica told me, rather boldly "maybe you should find another provider"....read full review
