I called the gray animal center for advice on a laceration on my dogs thigh. The person I spoke to was happy to give advice but asked for a photo to assess the urgency. After they got the photo I promptly received a reply that he should come in for some staples and antibiotics. Much to my surprise they were able to get him in that afternoon and treat his wound plus get his rabies shot updated. Everyone there was professional, compassionate and had great advice. Past visits with other animal hospitals have always been stressful and full of surprise upcharges. Dr. Lucas and staff are attentive and care about your pet. My appointments have always been timely and I feel they really listen to what we need. We recently lost one of our beloved pets and the care Dr. Lucas provided to not only my sweet Bodie, but to our entire family made us feel supported throughout the process.
