I had a very large, very old sugar maple that was rotting and had lost a limb, so I called three companies to come out to my house and give me a quote to remove it. Chris was so professional and took the time to explain the process which made me feel very confident that Davey Tree could do the work without harming the leach fields that the tree stood between, which was a pretty challenging situation. Any questions that I had Chris responded immediately and when the scope of the work had to be adjusted, he made provisions for that as well with no problem. We recently (June 2023) had a beast of a Northern Pine that needed to be removed. Contacted Davey and met, Matt Plummer, their Representative for estimate. He arrived on time with a Smile and pleasing demeanor. We had an interesting and informative exchange as he explained the; removal process, tree’s age, and likely cause of its growth pattern.His price quoted was reasonable and competetive given this enormous Tree.We are Very Pleased to have chosen Davey for the work. We had a tree fall from one of our storms, and I called Davey Tree Experts. From my initial call (with Marty) to him coming out, suggesting other needed work, to the VERY fair pricing, then to the team that came out that did the work. Flat out AMAZING work, from start to finish, from cleanup to explaining what was done. I don't even bother calling other companies anymore.
