I just had Davey Tree Service cut up and remove a large Spruce tree that fell down after a previous storm. The Spruce landed on my chain link fence. Jake was exceptional and very detailed with giving me an estimate as well as dealing with Insurance company. The day they cut up and removed the tree was very impressive. They arrived at the time I was told and I am so pleased with the way they cut, removed and cleaned up. Jake, Adam and Drew were very impressive , in that they worked together as an excellent team. During a storm, large tree limbs fell on the playhouse in our back garden area. Chris was so pleasant when he came to give a quote, and the crew who came to remove the limbs were also wonderful to speak with. While here, they not only removed the large tree limbs, but they also removed a couple of dying juniper trees and cut back branches to open up a previously unusable parking spot! I had a very large, very old sugar maple that was rotting and had lost a limb, so I called three companies to come out to my house and give me a quote to remove it. Chris was so professional and took the time to explain the process which made me feel very confident that Davey Tree could do the work without harming the leach fields that the tree stood between, which was a pretty challenging situation. Any questions that I had Chris responded immediately and when the scope of the work had to be adjusted, he made provisions for that as well with no problem.
