James went above and beyond to help me out when my combi boiler started leaking and fit me into an already busy schedule so I would have hot water again. He responded quickly, was very transparent with pricing for parts and labor, worked efficiently, showed his expertise, and was very courteous. After an issue with a larger, more well known company that stopped itemizing pricing and caused some damage, working with James was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.
All new boiler, indirect hot water tank and circulators for seven zones, plus heat pumps on both floors — James was responsive, here from start to finish, starting like clockwork each day at 8 am, priced lower than the large HVAC companies that gave me quotes, easy to work with, cheerful, and prideful of his work. I will happily and heartily recommend James to anyone who needs HVAC help.
Our technician James was timely (next day), courteous, diligent and dig an exceptional job servicing our heat pump. Definitely recommend!
