He was always on top of sending us the newest potential listing(s) and was always available to get us into a showing asap. Shaquille Alston is a wonderful realtor to work with. He is incredibly responsive, always answering questions and concerns appropriately and in a timely manner. Shaquille also offered insightful commentary about the property and he went beyond the typical scope of practice in contacting the township to determine some important logistics about the property which was quite helpful with mortgage negotiations. Shaquille is absolutely transparent about everything; an honest and hardworking soul! I would not hesitate to contact him in future should I have need of a realtor.
