In the block for writing a review it says "share details of your own experience". Since Ed Dunn was never a Gilbert Homes customer, it's hard to tell how accurate his account is, but I'd like to address this anyway. If I knew who the customer is it would make it a little easier to respond.Like many builders, we hire Quality Insulation to take care of all of our insulation needs. They use the proper baffles to insure that the eave vents don't get clogged. If we were aware that a mistake was made, Quality Ins. would fix it at no cost to us.Northeastern General Contractors does all of our ground work and they have an excellent reputation.
