I had a wonderful experience working with Andy Nightingale and Focused Property Inspections. The whole group was very helpful and professional and Andy was so knowledgeable. In addition to flagging problems that he noticed, he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and provide us with detailed knowledge of how some issues could be addressed. I definitely would work with Andy and FPI again.
Jeff was very thorough and willing to explain things (everything) to me that I did not understand. Jeff took notes and pictures and told me they would be available for me to review. Then, Jeff made himself available to us if we should have any questions about items listed in the Inspection or things not included.
Mike from FPI was incredibly professional, helpful and kind. This was my first property inspection and Mike took the time to walk us through all the steps, what to expect and to take it in stride. He explained everything he was doing and answered any and all questions we had. The report came quickly and the entire team was helpful. I will certainly use FPI again and would recommend them to anyone looking.
