AC'S ODD JOB'S AND MAINTENANCE

Don't even think about hiring this guy. He's erratic, unreliable and he'll ghost you and take your money. I gave him a deposit for a job and he said he would start on Monday. He didn't show. I got in touch with him and he apologized profusely, saying he'd gotten backed up with other jobs and that he'd show up on Tuesday. He didn't show again. It was the same story for the rest of the week. On Friday, I finally told him that I wanted my deposit back. About an hour later, when it was almost dark, he came by and started to unload materials and power wash my house. He was babbling about how his wife had served him divorce papers that day and all kinds of other "problems" he was having. I figured I'd give him one last chance. Again, he said he'd come back the next day. He didn't. I told him again that he needed to give my deposit back and to not ever come by my house again unannounced. Guess what? He showed up again about an hour later, idling in my driveway. I called the police and, although I didn't press charges (I should have), he got arrested anyway because it turns out he had warrants. He hasn't returned my money and I've had no recourse but to attempt to take him to small claims and to file a police report. When I posted a warning about him on local social media, others came forward with their own horror stories. Don't make the mistake we did!

This person arrived at our house in Lovell pond after asking for all my personal information upfront in which I gave, he did a lousy job in my driveway left snow everywhere blocked us in and then threatened us because he had an issue with his vehicle & he could not finish the job and blamed us for it. He seem to be all over the place and definitely on drugs I would not recommend somebody like this to come to your home very sketchy kind of person & his conversation was all over the place said he's been up for days when he spoke to my roommate. Very scary for my girlfriend as she's only 23 and she was freaking out that he was in the driveway acting like that. I would steer clear far away from hiring anybody like this The company is a 1-man job maybe he is insured but then his truck broke down for 3 days in our yard he would not use his insurance to remove. We should have charged him for blocking us in for three days we could not even leave our home

I live out of state and was having a problem at one of my rental property's in Conway , NH and of course on a Friday night I kept telling myself this is going to be expensive so I reached out to some friends about the gentleman they have used over the years for a wide variety of service's not once did I ever hear a complaint about Arthur at AC's ODD JOBS here it was 11 PM so I gave him a call and explained what was going on and how all the drains were backing up and how renters were complaining about low to no water pressure so he told me his fee for going out after hours at that time of night I was shocked how reasonable and I mean reasonable his Fees were he said he would be heading out within an half an hour Iinstructed him to call me if there were any problems at all and to let me know what the problem was a little over an hour later he called me to let me know I was all set and the problems were taken care of The renters were happy and thankful along with myself he was very professional he made a few recommendations to me and that we should talk about them another time being so late at night !!!!!
