We put an offer on an old fixer upper and Phil did such a thorough job with the inspection. In a difficult space, he was efficient and informed us along the way of what he was finding. The report was easy to read and gave us everything we needed.
If you go with this company you will absolutley hands down be very happy with your choice. Our inspector was Steve Purdy. He was a delight to work with and even encouraged us to go through the home inspection walkthrough with him. He went through every Sq. In. of the property and even got there earlier to scope out the property. He also stayed late and answered any last minute questions. He even came prepared with a Radon kit as we decided to do this last minute. This is a great company and would reccomend them 1000/1000 times! Highly reccomend!
We have used Upcountry twice for home inspections in the purchase process and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else. Aaron, Phil and Justin are professional, timely, knowledgeable and efficient. They are also all very kind and patient humans who take the time to help explain their process and make sure you understand what is happening in the home being inspected.
