“I've been going to Polished for many years. The hair stylists are so down to earth, easy to talk to, friendly. Their technique, experience and technical expertise is unparalleled...cut, color, style, curl...they do it all. The atmosphere is relaxing and chill, nice lighting, nice music, comfortable chairs. The outside of the building and the stairway are a bit dated, but don't let that fool you...the space inside the salon is lovely. Always plenty of parking. I highly recommend! I've have not yet tried the mail or massage services.“

I had a lot of white hairs coming in, but I didn’t want to do a permanent base color and have to worry about the harsh regrowth line. Kristin worked with me to come up with a tailored combination of foils/balayage lowlights and highlights for blending in my whites and grays while keeping my hair low maintenance and making me feel more confident!“

She was also incredibly kind, listened to all of my questions/concerns, and made sure I was 100% comfortable with the process. This was by far the best salon experience I have ever had and I can’t wait to go back! I can’t stress enough how amazing she is at her job. I came in with a line of demarcation from a DIY mishap and she gave me the most beautiful color. There is no evidence that my hair ever had a harsh line or any bleach whatsoever and the color she formulated matches my root color perfectly. Thank you so much Becky!!! You are the best!!!!
