I've had many therapeutic massages in my life and I must say the three I have had at Bhavana are the best in terms of long lasting effect. I saw Ricky Abare on each occasion and felt like he really understood where I was hurting and cared about healing me. As I drifted away in bliss he found the tight sport in my neck, shoulders and lower back that I didn't even realize were tense. Besides massage, he can also provide Hawaiian Shamanic Bodywork, Ayurveda, Thai Yoga Massage, Energy Healing and Breathwork. Bhavana offers a wide range of natural healing therapies in a welcoming, open, safe, and clean modern building.
I have been using the infrared sauna since 2018, I was referred by my Naturopath as a treatment for heavy metal toxicity. The infrared sauna provides so many healing benefits, I continue to go regularly even though my treatment is over. The facility itself is very peaceful and healing, and the staff are always warm and uplifting.
Chelsea the nail technician was wonderful. My pedicure was both relaxing and truly enjoyable. She took her time and addressed anything I mentioned. My nails were done so thoroughly. She listens to what you want and shows such attention to detail on them. I wish they had more color choices in the gel. Excellent job Chelsea!
