Called JR Anderson and was very pleased he returned my call, several other plumbers did not. We discussed my issue and he was not only able to squeeze me in in a timely manner, he resolved my issue quickly. He was very professional yet personable. I called first thing this morning with neither toilet being able to flush. They were at the house within 2 1/2 hours. Fred accessed my drain system via my septic tank and was able to free up the pipes. He was packed up and out by 11:15. With this being a Friday, we were worried that we would be without plumbing for the weekend. JR Anderson and Daughter came through and saved us. Highly recommended.Service: Sewer cleaning

I had a terrible sewer problem and a houseful of guests. I called J. R. Anderson on Sunday night at 10:30 pm and had a return phone call early the next morning and a plumber arrived later the same day. Everyone at the company was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and clearly explained the alternatives. The solution required collaboration with the town of Bar Harbor and my neighbors but J. R.
