Today was my very first Eye exam. From the moment I walked in the front door of Norton Eye Care, the receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The tech was thorough with explanations of each step, DR. Watson was thorough and thoughtful. It was overall a very positive experience. I’m excited to get my new eye glasses and highly recommend Norton Eye Care.
Technicians and Doctors are great but the receptionists (especially the one working this morning) could use coaching in Customer Service.
