Mountain Heart Massage is the real deal! Justin performed some near miracles on me. I had a session of Transformational Neuromuscular Therapy and it was exactly what I hoped to get out of a massage. While elements of it were very relaxing, the focus was on circulation and “communication” between the muscles and nerves. A relaxation massage is very pleasant and enjoyable. This was that as well, but I loved how I was also participating in the work, moving some muscles in a specific order (Justin will show you exactly what to do and you’ll have no trouble following along after he guides you once) as he went down inch by inch and applied pressure (you’ll choose the level of pressure you desire) into the muscles. As a result, the muscles loosen and “come alive” in a way that is indescribable. Awareness and energy will flood your body, be prepared for the euphoria afterwards! It will feel like you just took a shot of tequila, lol. It’s been a few hours since my massage and my feet, which are normally cold and numb, are absolutely comfortable and normal. I believe anyone with circulation issues would benefit tremendously from this work, but also anyone who is needing help dropping into that super important parasympathetic state (the rest and restore vs fight or flight state). I will definitely be returning monthly. I have a long commute for work and this will help so much to combat the damage that sitting in the car for 1.5 hour stretches has been doing to me. I have had several massages by Carly, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is so intuitive and knowledgeable about the services she delivers. She is kind, patient, and clearly so passionate about what she does! She listens to your needs and makes calculated recommendations based on them. I will never get another massage elsewhere! I also have had a massage with Justin during my pregnancy and he was also phenomenal! I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone!
