They were incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry and schedule, came on time as expected… we did have a small design mishap, but they were so accountable, apologetic and quickly and efficiently corrected the issue. Communication was top tier, I cannot recommend them enough. Will absolutely be using them again in the future for anything and everything I possibly can!

Called first thing in morning after waking up to a value on furnance being blown and water every where! They were here promptly and Justin fixed the problem quickly! He replaced the valve and a circulator, explained what happened and was very polite and friendly! I am a customer for life! Excellent customer service!

When our boiler died last spring, we reached out to the Fitch crew for replacement --- not only did they get us workable until parts and schedules allowed for a full replacement, but communication was top notch. The install of our new boiler was was a seamless process. Organized and efficient -- they take pride in what they do, and do it well. When we've needed a look or adjustment since, they're always ready to help. Grateful for a fantastic local business that cares about customers, quality and service!
