I called Jen after i had a pretty bad color and cut from another salon. She was booked, but she found the time to fit me in. When i got there, she made it very clear she would have to work quickly and sorry there wasn't much time for chit chat. I totally appreciated that. She listened to what i actually wanted and was very clear on expectations and explaining it would take a couple visits to get it just right, but the previous mistakes could be fixed. I left feeling so confident on the color and the cut was amazing. She took the time to pay attention to my hair and see what was needed. She is 2 hours away from me but 100% worth the drive!

Jennifer is the best! She is always very welcoming and patient with me, even when I have gone too far between appointments and my hair is in desperate need of attention. My hair is pretty wavy and she always takes the time to straighten it at the end to make sure everything looks perfect. She makes helpful recommendations on what will look good and work for my style, which is basically "I want this to be easy to maintain." The salon itself is very cool and online scheduling is a breeze!

One of the things that makes Jenn great is that she's so intuitive. She takes what I want and combines with what she knows will look great... always surpassing my expectations. She truly is passionate about her clients and her work- her dedication consistently show each time I visit her. I've recommended her anytime I hear someone asking for a hair stylist!
