My initial quote was with Max - he was a nice, funny guy and tolerated my mother teasing him for being young (sorry Max 😂). It was a bit longer for a quote than I expected especially st 7pm, but it had a lot of good information about exactly what they do with roofing and their roof system. After getting a few other quotes from other companies, I called to schedule. Erie sent Guy and Clay out and we got a new quote, which was a bit confusing, but they were nice and helpful and quick, which was great! And the second quote was lower than the first which is great. We are on track to schedule the job!

The product I got was the selling point. Very impressed with the quality. The pitch was equally convincing. The crew were amazing and worked very hard even during this heat wave. They finished in a day and half. I only gave 4 stars because it is very expensive. at least for me. Having said that, I would use this company again.I got fiberglass dimensional shingle roofing.

The field representative that came to give estimate was very
professional, knowledgeable, and gave me more information in pictures, and product samples than I knew that I needed. He was also friendly and played with my dog! The work crew was amazing. They arrived on time, went right to work, were quiet and polite, no loud music and they worked their butts off. The cleanup was meticulous. I was very impressed with the whole operation.
