The minute I called Octagon Cleaning and Restoration, I knew my wife and I were in good hands. Despite having a semi-urgent problem, Maddie kindly arranged for a prompt service call. Our cleanup was a smaller job than Octagon usually handles, and involved working in a three and a half foot crawl space. Matt Richardson could have easily refused the job but he immediately entered our low basement and resolved our problem without hesitation. This company has my five star rating and I unequivocally recommend them.
I would highly recommend Octagon Cleaning and Restoration. They had someone at my house the day after I called for services needed to clean up after an overflow pipe leaked in my condo. Matt was very professional, friendly and did a great job cleaning and taking care of everything needed due to the leak. He explained what needed to be done and the timeframe it would take. I was very satisfied and would call them again.
Excellent overall. A couple hiccups but it's all fine. I couldn't be happier. Really nice folks and very professional.
