They have a great selection of items to rent, including tents, chairs, tables, plates, and more. Their delivery and pickup are on time and accurate, and they are very organized and knowledgeable. They are easy to work with, even when making changes to orders, and they are very professional. They have a great team, and they work efficiently to set up and break down events. Some items may be more expensive than others, but overall, their pricing is reasonable. They are highly recommended for anyone planning an event, especially weddings, in the area. They have worked with many people and venues, and they have a reputation for being extremely professional and reliable. Overall, Wallace Events is a great choice for anyone looking for a stress-free and successful event.
My wife and I worked with Wallace Events for our wedding. From the jump Tyler took the reigns and was amazing to work with. He walked us through everything we could possibly need but wasn't pushy in terms of making us think we absolutely needed everything. He listened to us and made sure we got everything we both wanted and really needed. We changed our contract several times and every request was met with an immediate response. We also came by the showroom multiple times and he made sure it was ready with what we were looking for upon arrival.
We booked Wallace Events for our wedding in Castine, ME and had a great experience. Jason helped us order a tent and all accompanying settings/tableware, chairs, tables, and bars. We were thoroughly included in the planning and design and communication was superb. During the weeks leading up to our wedding we were provided schematics and design options for layout and seating and as the tent was delivered we were able to weigh in with critical and timely decisions. Wallace Events did an incredible job setting up the tent and platform for our wedding. The entire team was professional, efficient, and truly a delight to work with. They took care of the setup and teardown seamlessly, and the quality of their work was outstanding. We received so many compliments on the setup, and we couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend them for any event!
