Charged me 21 dollars for a legit 3 minute haircut I timed it and they cut a chunk of hair I didn't want cut didn't say anything I found it after I left and put my hair back in a Ponytail they were nice people but I will not be going back

This place looks like a dump from the road but has a big sign out front advertising several services including hair cuts & tanning beds. I've been looking for a new tanning place and I called to inquire about their packages & pricing for tanning. Before finishing my first sentence, the lady on the phone cut me off and snapped that they're not accepting new clients. I told her "Oh ok, I'm not interested in a stylist though. Just trying to ask about the tanning" and she once again shrieked at me "I just told you we're not accepting any new clients!" I've never heard of a tanning place only offering limited tanning positions to very exclusive clientele. And the rudeness was creepy. Steer clear.
