“My hair has been through a LOT, the color was incredibly uneven, one of my sections had permanent black dye, and it was sooooo unhealthy. As soon as I sat in Ashley's chair I felt like she truly wanted to know exactly what I wanted. She asked a variety of questions, answered all of mine thoroughly, and educated me on the process. She made me feel heard while also providing her professional opinion. I left with an absolutely new head of hair, I almost cried when she turned me toward the mirror. I will only be going to Ashley from now on and will recommend her to everyone!”
