I've been to many different chiropractors over the last 15 years, but my experience with Body and Balance and Ellsworth under the care of Dr David, has been superb. It's been over 8 years since my neck and back has felt this good. The professionalism and care of the staff is nothing short of five stars.

Dr David and Back in Balance have been a vital part of my healthcare team and healing after beating colon cancer. He helps keep me upright and moving. The office environment is regularly smooth, friendly and positive. Having it not crowded is obviously my strong preference but I get it happens occasionally. Dr David is so personable, good-hearted and takes feedback perfectly!

First visit was good! Free foot scan to check if orthotics are needed - no pressure to buy. Dr. David Manzella was kind, personable, and funny. Front desk staff, Christina (I think) was really nice and professional. I got the needed adjustment and a reminder to drink more water. I made my 2nd appointment.
