We needed emergency service yesterday morning and they were able to make it out pretty quick. The boys (I say boys but they were actually young men) were polite, professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and laughing, you can tell they not only enjoy their work in the family business but take it seriously and are there to get the job done. They were also very helpful in a situation that came up while they were there. They took care of our problems with ease and answered all of our questions. We saved the company’s number and will definitely use them again if needed! Thank you!
When my cellar flooded for the first time in the 45+ years I have owned my house I made calls to several local plumbers but they were all booked solid. I called Rooter-Man without knowing much about the company and made an appointment for a service call the next day. Randy was able to arrive early due to a cancellation, assessed the situation, and determined that he needed some additional equipment due to the nearly 200' drain pipe that needed to be cleared. He quoted me a price that was much less than I had anticipated and then called his office to have the equipment sent up. A couple of hours later he and a helper went to work clearing the pipe and after a considerable amount of mud and debris came out the cellar started to drain and was soon water-free. I hope I never have water in my cellar again but if I do, these are the guys that I will call first.
We had our first major plumbing issue as homeowners, of course, on a Sunday with sewage in the floor drain of the basement. We called and they were at our home within 30 minutes on a Sunday! We were so thankful and pleased with thier service. They offered information and tips on how to have maintenance with our plumbing. We would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!
