If you are ever on vacation in DownEast Maine and you don't make it a point to stop in at Ray's mustard then you've wasted your vacation! I was first introduced to Ray's mustard when back in the late eighties and nineties I worked for what was then Bangor Hydro Electric Company. I was a metering technician and one of my duties was to test all the Transformer rated meters, of which there are quite a few in the Eastport area one of which is it Ray's mustard. While I was at Ray's I had the privilege of getting a tour of the facility and was totally amazed by the one shaft that ran the entire length of the building and was Run by One motor. Buy just slipping a belt onto a drive portion of the shaft all or one of any of the Vats beaters could be running. I then went to the store portion where I was able to sample many of their mustards but fell in love with their spicy horseradish because I like things with a little kick in it. I have since moved to the Daytona Beach area in Florida so I'm not able to just go to the store or raise to get my favorite spicy horseradish mustard. I got curious one day and check to see if they were online and they were. I then proceeded to order four jars of spicy horseradish mustard which was delivered very promptly and packaged extremely well, as we all know shipping companies feel that anything marked fragile should not be dropped from a height anything over 50 ft. My package arrived to me safe and sound and I have already enjoyed my first jar. When I open my last jar I will be making another order please make sure you always have your spicy horseradish mustard on the menu because it's the one I love the most!
