This is our second time working with Bob and Ed on a home purchase inspection and we were not disappointed! Bob is so thorough and professional, his reports are organized and easy to read through. He takes the time to walk through any questions we had while at the property and after. He is extremely responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. Attention to detail is remarkable even on larger homes, nothing is missed! Bob and Ed provide outstanding service and we would highly recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and easy to work with team!
Outstanding service. Bob was very thorough, professional, honest, and patient with me as first time home buyer going through my first inspection. I asked him many simple but detailed questions and Bob was patient with me and made me feel like a valued customer. I left the inspection with a lot of knowledge on my new home and Bob's report was very thorough. I printed it out, highlighted it - so I know all the ways my house works and all the things I know i need to take care of to keep the house running smoothly. On top of the excellent service, Bob was a very nice genuine man. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would highly recommend him.
