The 4 year old lock on my Thermatru door stopped working. I checked with 6 locksmiths who refused to travel to my town, and or service that type of door lock. each of these locksmiths were closer to my home than Pine tree, yet they declined. Mike did agree to help me out as long as I was willing to pay for his travel time. I was happy to do so. Mike spent a great deal of time trying to repair the lock, to save me some money, and he did get it to work, so we could use our door, while we awaited a replacement lock. I can't recommend Pine Tree Lock & Key enough! I recently lost the only key to my truck and was in a real bind. Mike, the owner, was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. He arrived within an hour and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes! He not only cut me two new keys but also walked me through the entire process with full transparency about costs and parts. His prices are very reasonable, and his customer service is top-notch.
