We needed to change out multiple exterior door handles/locks for our commercial condo building. After multiple inquiries to local locksmiths who never returned our calls, we found Pine Tree Lock and Key in Durham and inquired if they serviced Harpswell. They do and we explained our unique needs – one key to fit all locks with a lever type of handle that would weather the elements. Mike gave us a reasonable quote which we accepted and set the appointment. He confirmed a few days before and the day of that he would be arriving. Had a front door that wasn't locking correctly, Chatted with the owner via text, he came right over and had it fixed within 30 minutes, charges were fair and arrival was prompt. Will save in contacts for any other future needs.
