I, a lay person, not a contractor, explained clumsily on what I wanted and he was very patient with me. He was not concerned for taking my money, but making sure my entire project was a success even after he left the site. For those uniformed, he has a 'skid steer' which is great for eating up small and medium trees above the surface, but he can not do anything beneath the surface (roots, ect). Overall I would trust him very much. He was frank about the limitations of his machine, his scheduling, ect and treated me with respect even though he could probably swindle me if he wanted to.“
