This company and the people I worked with over the phone and in person are extremely professional, prompt, courteous and hard working. I called with an emergency situation and they came out next day first thing (would have been same day but it was a massive storm of 13+ inches of snow, completely understandable). We had been without toilets and use of all our drains for 4 days. We had feces coming out of all drains except for the kitchen the entire time. I have a 9 month old baby here with the unsanitary conditions and no way to wash his bottles, limited water use to wash his other food utensils and could not bathe him, it was a nightmare. Professional, on time, pleasant and responsive. Scott (electrician) and Brian ( installer) did a great job with the heat pump. Sam came right away to fix a little water leak that sprang up. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Professional, done in a timely manner and was very personable. Explained everything in a clear manner. Would definitely recommend Dave's world.
Good job guys!!! My only complaint is that I was promised 2 extra bags of water softener salt and they never came through with it! Very disappointing
