management does not care about us they just hiding their office they don't deal with conflict every time they say they're going to do something they never do it way too much cell phone use on the floor CNAs answering personal phone calls while they're in a residence room giving care which just happened to me on Friday which is not the first time why bother making them signs a piece of paper agreement contract whenever you want to call it that they will not use their cell phones on the floor and then when you see them doing it you don't do nothing about it you do not enforce that piece of paper personally that's a hypocrite we are understaffed a lot of times not enough CNAs on overnights sometimes in the afternoon they do not respect your rights or your privacy I have put my call light on and waited over an hour before somebody has come in to check on me I can just set up but the only thing I'm going to say is that if you truly love your loved ones do not bring them to Dexter healthcare
