They are really nice here. A warm blanket wirh catnip was ready for my cat upon arrival. They offered treats and canned food to make my cat's first veterinary visit as pleasant as possible. (He would have none of it.)

I can't say enough about the professionalism (our dog is big, protective, and not easy for strangers to manage), skill, and expedience of the staff. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. We came to Maine for a remote, rugged vacation and our 4-year-old German Shepherd came across a porcupine in the middle of the night. She woke us with whimpering, pacing and panting. Her muzzle was impaled with dozens of barbed porcupine quills. They are very painful and dangerous to extract. If broken or left too long, they can travel inside to an animals'a heart or lungs and prove deadly. Our girl was terrified and in great discomfort. Within two hours of opening their doors this morning, the vet and her techs had administered general anesthesia, painkiller, and removed every quill (they even trimmed her nails Without our asking!). By 10am She was on her way home with us and looks as if nothing ever happened to her. The cost was less than we expected also. Thank you so much for saving our dog!
