3. They keep their word...honesty is hard to come by these days.
4 They communicate clearly the vehicle's problem & the work that needs to be done to repair it.
5. Their rates are no higher than other auto repair shops in the area

They just did a 20-hour SUV engine replacement for me & I couldn't be more thrilled with the service they gave me! They're exceptional!

I have taken my vehicle here for about 4 years for small things. Lately a big job that was quoted higher every where else. They fixed an issue that Quirk & Proutys could not figure out.
