Brad brought it back to life, remodeling the kitchen, bathroom, repairing most of the walls and ceilings, sanding and refinishing the wood floors, installing new windows and doors and laying a new roof. The house was transformed from a nearly uninhabitable dwelling to a warm and attractive home, with the period feel of the original. “Love the charcoal color. I thought it would be darker, so it took me a while to adjust from what I thought it would be to what it was, and I ended with loving the color more than if it was darker. It's very different as the color changes with how bright or dark the day is making it unique and I love that!“
