This is a little late but just want to let people know how Mike saved us this summer. Brand new travel trailer and our full sized refrigerator didn’t work. So hard to find a repair shop on the road. Mike was great, came to the campsite to diagnose, spoke with the manufacturer, able to get paperwork done to proceed with a replacement covered under warranty which he installed. Mike is extremely knowledgeable not only about repairs but in dealing with the manufacturer. He was timely, went above and beyond in our opinion and was reasonably priced. Don’t hesitate to contact him!
My faith in humanity is restored! We texted Mike after his closing time and he texted back within 15 minutes. Set up a time for him to come to our camp site the next morning. Mike arrived bright and early the next morning. He determined we would need a part for our repair. He called ahead to make sure the part was ready…we picked it up ourselves and texted him when we returned. He arrived shortly after to start the repair. Knew exactly how to repair our problem…moved efficiently but did not rush the job. Completed the repair in about an hour. Mike is reliable, honest, friendly and knowledgeable.
Mike came to our campground to see if he could help with a bent hydraulic leveler. He worked in the heat and determined brackets were bent/twisted and he was unable to bend it back without breaking it. He also helped identify a cracked P-trap pipe under our sink but didn't have the part. We were able to find one at Home Depot and replace it ourselves. Mike kept us informed of tentative arrival time and all he did. We recommend him.
