Harris Septic Services was amazingly responsive and helpful when I had a high-water alarm from my septic pump on a Sunday morning 3 years ago. Being a relatively new home owner at the time, I didn't yet have a septic service company on my radar. Most companies would not even call me back, but Harris called me back promptly and also spent time on the phone with me to talk me through steps I could take myself until they could arrive at my home. Excellent service from the first phone call! As a real estate agent, I often coordinate services such as septic pumping for my clients. Calling Harris septic is a great experience. They are happy to answer questions and explain the service options that they offer. They have good availability and have been very accommodating to scheduling needs when they can. Their rates are very reasonable and they only charge for what is needed to do the job. The actual service is quick and efficient. Septic pump failed and they came out that day, lady on the phone was super sweet and showed concern for my situation. They had it fixed as soon as they could get the new pump in. Awesome service.
