The owner a very nice individual. He was super busy but got me in. It was early November when I called. He said he had an opening in a week. I was looking for an estimate. He gave me a ride home and fixed my truck. I thought I was looking at $500 or $600. I thought an aliment was going to be needed or ball joints. But he said it was a simple fix. But he did need to adjust something. I can't remember. $90 dollars and my truck was back to normal. He is mounting and balancing some tires $30 for the pair. Honest iny opinion and extremely fair prices. I will be taking my wife truck to Lou's also. For any repairs Lou's is our place.
I came to caribou as i had to make a delivery here all the way from Winnipeg. At night, I parked my semi-truck in the plaza opposite to shell as i was waiting for next dispatch. Unfortunately, in the morning i had problem with truck’s batteries and it was not turning on. So, i looked up for a garage and found one just near me. I went to the shop and asked for help. The owner helped me out by jump starting the truck. He is very nice and humble person as he helped me out without any question. I highly recommend this place, if anyone is looking to fix their vehicle.
I used Google to check reviews before choosing a new mechanic since I just moved. I called around and got some estimates for getting my car looked at since I just bought it. Lou offered to do it for free while others were charging up to 80 just to look it over. The reviews were fantastic so I decided to go. Best decision I could've made! He was completely honest, didn't try to upcharge me for parts that didn't need to be done, and is a very friendly person. All the staff are great, actually. 100% recommend.
