Exceptional service when our heat pumps failed on the morning of One of the hottest days of summer! The Office explained to me that they were extremely busy and it might not be able to send a tech over for about a week. As it turns out, it was arranged by Laurie and Katie to have Matt a fantastic tech swing by our house on his way home from his last service call of the day. Matt diagnose the problem within 10 minutes maybe even less. It turned out that our board outside was actually fried. He explained that it could happen at any time with no rhyme or reason.
