I absolutely love this gym. As a senior, I feel comfortable working at my own level during a convenient time for myself. The facility is clean with a spa-like feel and plenty of shower and locker space.

I don’t live in Brunswick, but I just want to say this location and the concept is amazing. Please please please PLEASE open a Portland location :) Keep doing your thing I love it!!

I love this gym, it's clean, the people are friendly and the classes are awesome! I have been to a lot of gyms in the area and this one is by far my favorite. There are so many different classes all throughout the morning and day and the sense of community is really wonderful. I highly recommend this gym.
