I had a very pleasant first experience here this morning. I wasn't 100% sure how to get in, so I called. Wendy guided me in (door between "Hatch" and "Nest," go up one floor and turn left) and I found a very small but cozy space that was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and calming. Wendy herself was an absolute love. She made sure to check in with me frequently during my two procedures, she was polite, friendly, and just the right kind of chatty. Her technique was gentle and, while not painless because somebody is putting hot wax on your flesh and tearing out hair at the root, minimally painful.
