Coach Carol is as good as they come!! My 5 year old son LOVES it there. We’ve tried other studios and he spent more time in line than actually doing karate. Coach Carol keeps them moving and engaged the entire session. I love how they end the class with compliments to other students and affirmations. It’s especially a treat when the parents are invited to go in some Saturdays and participate with the kids. Riverview is a hidden gem in south Portland and if I could give 10 stars, I would!
We had our son's birthday party at RMA and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself is spacious, clean, and the activities were a huge hit for everyone! They also took care of all the decorations, food, and party favors, which made the day so much less stressful for us as parents. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend RMA for a kids' birthday party! Thanks again to the team for making our day unforgettable!
We have always been curious about the establishment and were just recently invited to a birthday party there! Our friends have been going there for years and this is a very well-known place in our community. Now I see firsthand why. The gym is beautiful and immaculate. Parking is great and the staff members were wonderful. Coach Carol and her employee were amazing. The party was so well thought out and staff did an amazing job coordinating all of the children to each activity. At one point, I noticed Carol even taking pictures for the family and doing honestly so many little things that were making it easy on the parents to truly enjoy their time at the birthday party with their family. So glad we got to see a little bit of what it could be like to send our kids there, like I said, I had been curious for quite some time! And we’re really excited to go back for their trunk or treat at the end of the month! Thank you, Riverview martial arts!
