Sick Puppy doesn't know what he is talking about. Rick was Smart to RUN from a business that was well below his high standards. Rick is by far the most Customer First , dedicated, trust worthy guy I know . I worked with Rick and saw it all first hand. That's why I will continue to get my taxes prepared there...as well as recommend him to family and friends.
