Jade Integrated Health
“Sam, my PT ,is the best! I had tightness and decreased range of motion in my right hip and knee, two years after hip replacement. Walking upstairs was hard, as I only went up on my left leg due to fear that right side was compromised. After sending my xrays , Sam was able to establish that decreased muscle functioning caused my discomfort. She was able to show me exercises that increased muscle strength and decreased the tightness I was feeling. She did so with ease and clarity. She was able to show me that variety in exercises achieves results.I highly recommend
Sam and Jade Integrated PT as my goals were realized with this practice. I would highly recommend this PT practice for superlative results.”
