“Sam, my PT ,is the best! I had tightness and decreased range of motion in my right hip and knee, two years after hip replacement. Walking upstairs was hard, as I only went up on my left leg due to fear that right side was compromised. After sending my xrays , Sam was able to establish that decreased muscle functioning caused my discomfort. She was able to show me exercises that increased muscle strength and decreased the tightness I was feeling. She did so with ease and clarity.
