“I was referred here by another optician, and I'm so glad I chose NEO. Merv was so helpful and personable and a pleasure to do business with. unfortunately my glasses broke and I'm going through the warranty process to get them replaced but Merv has been extremely helpful with that as well, he emailed me all the details of what lenses he put in and has agreed to replace the lenses on my new pair once they arrive. I may update this as the situation unfolds but I've had a wonderful experience here, Merv is extremely kind and so far vastly exceeded my service expectations“
