when I went to the er they were very pleasant and answered all my questions. They are a great bunch and we are so lucky to have them here in Houlton Maine
I see a lot of reviews saying this place is shady, but they're a legit company. When you visit the ER, let's say CMMC for sake of example, CM will bill you from the hospital for the technical hospital services. However, the ER doctors who are contracted use Bluewater for their professional doctor billing. This results in two bills -- one from the actual hospital, and one from Blue Water. I confirmed all of this by asking Fort Andros in Brunswick (where Bluewater says they're located) if they were a real business in their building.
