MEH build our home in Gray in 2021--it is a beautiful place on Little Sebago Lake, and we love it. But this is about the service that MEH provides its customers--post build. A few weeks ago, my cousin's 4-year old daughter pushed a hole through one of our shower/tub units. It appeared to be a defect in the fiberglass. I reached out to Rob Dumont, the 'finish guy', told hime the story and sent pictures. He reached out to the manufacturer, who agreed to cover the defect, and it was repaired without issue or cost to us. Three years later, MEH stands by its product and supports its customers. To frame my review, first let me preface with the fact that we extensively researched builders before making the decision to work with Main Eco Homes. The determining factors were customer satisfaction, their in-town (Bridgton) location, their great reputation, and the appeal of their beautiful homes—thankfully we made the right decision to work with MEH, as they have exceeded all our expectations.As of the current date in December 2023, it has been approximately one year and four days since we moved into our custom home built by Main Eco Homes.
