I don’t often go to the Biddeford location just because it’s not my closest salon. Today I was in town and visited Biddeford, I had a wonderful encounter with the ASD. I forgot her name, but she was amazing and very full of knowledge. What a great experience. I will definitely be back to see her.
I love the Biddeford Suntan City. Erika the manager is always pleasant, helpful and keeps me updated on the specials. Her staff is great also, must say before Erika took over, I stopped going there because of the bad attitudes. She really prides herself on giving the staff proper training. I always feel welcomed there. Maybe a huge raise would make everyone feel special for the hard work. I forgot to mention how clean and fresh the salon is, I am confident going there about the cleanliness.
I've been coming here since 2018 and never gave a review as it wouldn't be good but now I can give 10 stars !Ever since the new manager started, as well as new team members this place is SPOTLESS! So clean and not just surface cleaning, I'm talking deep down detail cleaning and I couldn't be happier! They are such a beautiful team inside and out and I'm so happy and look forward to going more often than I ever have. Too many names to mention but I have yet to meet a bad staff member.
